This morning I did my turbofire..worked up a sweat man that thing is hard!!! hands down I will continue to do it in the mornings but I feel like a fish out of water, I can get the moves right arrrggggghhh..
I ate well today drank lots of water and felt GREAT, I hand bread..a no flour bread jsut grains isnt that amazing . This is the bread that Ezekiel lived off of while he was in the desert for two years. It is supposed to be nutritionally complete. My client ( yeah I also have a home based business I lock hair) and I watched Oprah featuring Ricky Martin, what a sweet soul he is I like him wanna go out and buy his album..SUCKER!!!!!
This Morning however was emotional for me in a good way.. I thought of how blessed I am to have a job I truly enjoy..may not like all the people all the time, may not like the place all the time but I LOVE what I do.
I thought of how much God has blessed me to touch these people's life and I pray and ask that I am always driven to do it whole-heartedly. I also ask that each group that I train will be so motivated and inspired that they will unleash their brilliance, I vow to give my sessions all that I have because doing otherwise would be cheating the universe and KARMA will get me...I have grown so much and its a wonderful feeling that it would be selfish of me not to share myself with others so they too can grow and shine their light in someone Else's world, that's how we make this world a better place, thats how we keep spreading joy
What if I give too much you may ask? you can never give too much, you will always have enough and the universe/God, the power that governs your life call it what you may is your source, not your job,your friends or your family..as along as you align yourself with that truth you will know that THE SOURCE can never be depleted and since we are all divine expressions created in the image and like of THE SOURCE -GOD neither can you..you are more than enough..here you go have some of me..LOVE NIX
